- At the end of the training participant will be able to understand Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks, develop Performance Monitoring Plans, conduct interviews, focused group discussion and geo-spatial monitoring surveys

- Participants will learn data collection, analysis and reporting using standard M&E tools
- Participants will have basic understanding of how to conduct and report evaluation
